Retro-Inspired Design Boosts Excitement for Tournament 5

A themed campaign was created to maintain attendance for Tournament 5 after the event moved to a venue farther from the organization’s home gym.

The goal was simple but important: keep turnout at or above previous events despite the location change. The visual direction leaned into bold retro typography and vibrant color to generate excitement and give the event a distinct identity.

All assets were custom-designed specifically for Tournament 5. The campaign successfully met attendance goals and helped maintain momentum for the organization.

IDeal Places Magazine – Issue One

A full-page ad designed for the inaugural issue of IDeal Places Magazine.

Working directly with the sales representative, the layout needed to align closely with Lancaster Mattress brand guidelines while also standing confidently within a brand-new publication.

The design balanced product imagery, messaging, and hierarchy with careful attention to spacing and print-readiness. Because this was part of the magazine’s first issue, the direction was open-ended, requiring thoughtful structure and brand sensitivity.
